• Registering one account only per individual. Holding more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name as per your identification document, IC number, Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the 96won platform for any reason.

96won reserves the right to verify the identity of all members at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Members may be required to submit a copy of their identification document, utility bill, or other supporting documents as part of this verification process.

Each member is fully responsible for the security and activity of their 96won account:

• You are responsible for keeping password confidentiality your account. Use a strong password and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• 96won will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.
• Any activity that occurs within your account before you report a theft or unauthorised access is your sole responsibility.

• Deposits must originate from an account or payment instrument that is under the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 96won reserves the right to decline any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source or that conflicts with its anti-money laundering policy.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as, or related to, the deposit method used.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC). Please ensure your documents are verified before submitting your first withdrawal request.
• 96won reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation if any suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity is identified.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000, processing may take up to 3 business days for regulatory compliance reasons.
